At Creofyai.com, we aim to provide high-quality AI ad generation services. However, due to the digital and automated nature of our products, our refund policy is limited.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before AI generation begins.
• Once ad generation (image or video) has started, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are eligible only if:

• You are charged twice for the same service.
• A confirmed technical failure on our side prevented delivery.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• User dissatisfaction with creative variation.
• Incorrect or low-quality input files provided by the user.

3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
